» » National GIS day hosted by Ardhi University in Ardhi university grounds near geti dogo area.

The National GIS day was held on ARU grounds on Wednesday 15th November 2017.
The Vice Chancellor of Ardhi University Prof. Evaristo J. Liwa as guest of honor gave the opening speech and officiate the opening of the event.
The GIS day comprised of various exihibitions parteining  integrating survey works with GIS through various means such as aerial photographs, but mainly drones.
Much appreciations to the main sponsors of the event; World Bank, Infobridge and Ardhi university.
